Shipping Policy for Noir Star Emporium

Welcome to the shipping details of noirstaremporium.com! We are committed to getting your enchanting purchases into your hands as efficiently as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our shadowy sanctum in Glens Falls, New York, United States.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or special collection launches, processing times may extend. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer1 one shipping option for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or carrier issues) may occasionally cause delays.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The2 tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your3 package's journey directly from the carrier's website.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Noir Star Emporium ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and discover that it has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at noirstaremporium@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property4 and with neighbors. Sometimes packages are left in unexpected locations. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. After doing so, if the issue remains unresolved, contact us at noirstaremporium@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Noir Star Emporium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.5 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at noirstaremporium@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.6
