Our Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase for most items. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags still attached. It must also be in its original packaging.


Non-Refundable Items

A few special items can't be returned due to their unique nature. These include:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items (all sales are final on these bewitching bargains)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Once approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to our shadowy sanctum.
  3. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
